Honeywell Beverage Refrigerator and Cooler, 116 Can Mini Fridge with Glass Door for Soda Beer or Wine for Office or Bar with Adjustable Removable Shelving, Commercial Grade

I love everything about this fridge. I bought it as a replacement since I did exactly what you're not supposed to do with my old one, chip the ice out. Needless to say, new fridge on the way. I like the glass front so I can display the drinks I have. I'm a sucker for IPA's with different can designs, so I end up with all different ones and this fridge can display quite a few standing up, label showing. There is also room for me to lay more drinks down. Play with the height of the shelves a little bit to fit what you need. I do wish the fridge offered one degree cooler, but I can't fault the fridge on that because it is clearly advertised as 34 degrees and that's what I get, consistently. Obviously if you pack the fridge to the max, it may change slightly because you need air moving around and there's no need to pack it to the max anyway. This fridge is also very quiet. Half the time I forget it is even on. I like the light option, looks good and placement is perfect to see what you have. I purchased a stand to place this on to lift it off the floor about 4". I would recommend doing the same just because it's a mini fridge so it's low. Also, lifting it will help prevent dust buildup underneath. I have had this fridge for several months since far and I have 0 complaints. While doing some work where I keep it, I had to shut off power for several hours. This fridge did very well keeping my beer cold, and I did not get any leaks from melting frost. There is minimum buildup. It functions very well at a great price!

We made the right selection with so many options available. This was the right choice. We had several questions and some of them were not obviously answered with the item description. The following are our thoughts. 1. Very quiet during operation. 2. Keeps all areas of the refrigerator cold. Appears to keep temperature although we haven't checked with a thermometer. 3. Light stays on unless you turn it off. We just leave it turned off and if we need to we turn it on when needed. No big deal and the light button is right next to the temperature indicator. 4. Bottom shelf and top shelf are blocked by necessary operating components. Bottom shelf is about half depth because of the compressor box. Top shelf has some limitations because of the fan. We didn't find it to be a problem. 5. All shelving were covered wire shelves and were black in color. 6. Shelves have some adjustment abilities. 7. If placing on a solid floor we would recommend some rubber pads on the feet to prevent slipping of the unit when opening the door. 8. Extremely well packaged. It had plenty of packaging materials and the cardboard box was secured with several nylon shipping straps. It has a very nice look in our space. Obviously we didn't get a chance to use any of the other models we looked at but we are very happy with this unit.

I've had this small fridge for a few months now. It's one of the best buys I've made in a long time, money-wise and for practicability. It arrived on my door steps very quickly, in perfect condition, and it was super easy to unpack and start running. This is a well engineered product. It works perfectly well, is really spacious inside. Other major plus for me: I am very sensitive to noise and all kinds of white noise--nothing 'irrational' or 'medical,' just one of those things in life that gets on your nerves. So, I was very worried about how loud this fridge would be. I can safely report that it is very quiet! I hardly ever hear it. What a relief! Now, I mostly use this fridge to store my essentiel oils for soap and candle making. This is why I don't need the fridge to stay very cold and this may be one of the reasons why the fridge is super quiet--doesn't have to run full power to keep a low temperature at all times. I wish I could leave it at 60 degrees--that'd be enough for the oils and it'd save more energy. But the highest temperature you can choose is 50 degrees, which is fine too. But not necessary for the use I have of this fridge. The second draw back is that the shelves are a bit wobbly. But really, overall, I am super happy with this fridge. So much so that I'm ordering a second one!

The noise level is equal to it's "value" price point. It isn't whisper quiet when the compressor initially turns on, but it also isn't extremely loud. If you're in a house with no noise inside and little to no ambient noise from outside your home, you may be able to hear the compressor when it first starts up while sitting in a different room in your home. Again, it isn't a bad high level of noise, but if you expect it to be silent, you should at least adjust your expectations. Also be aware that when you first plug this in, it will be louder and produce lots of heat on the outside initially as it works to cool down the interior. Remember that a refrigerator works best when it is filled with content that can have the heat removed from it, thus normalizing the flow of energy once cooled, as opposed to leaving the refrigerator on and empty. That said, when you get it, go ahead and load it up with drinks and then plug it in and turn it on, so that you don't plug it in and overwork it while empty for a few days. That would be bad. The mini refrigerators are pretty much all the same, manufactured overseas as just a handful of models but branded and resold under many different brands here, some U.S. known brands, others new and not well known brands. They are all the same base products. Until you get to the mini fridges that cost close to a grand, they're about all the same. Once you look at the ones that are close to a grand, then you'll see ones that are quieter, have more efficient cooling and energy consumption, and can cool to lower temperatures, as well as have features like front facing ventilation so the unit can be installed into fitted cabinetry.

I bought this for my office and it holds plenty of cans and bottles. Keeps my drinks cold and it looks nice in my office.

UPDATE: I’ve had this for about two months now and both months my electricity bill has been $30 more each. Nothing else has changed aside from this fridge being plugged it…. Pretty disappointed as the product description said it should be around $40 a YEAR to run. Still disappointed and it’s too much of a hassle to return. I’m going to try to sell it. Definitely getting rid of this. ORIGINAL POST: Something about this feels off. I was really excited for it and Im just overly disappointed. It says that it fits 115 cans and it does not. It only fits 74 cans. Another issue is that it’s only been on for about 30 mins and the top of it is extremely warm. I would be careful setting anything on top of it as it seems to be a fire hazard. Also - the light inside I thought would turn off after you closed the door and it doesn’t. You can either have the light off or the light on. There’s no automatic shut off which is really disappointing. Who wants the light on 24/7? If you keep it off, who is gonna reach for the light switch to turn it on every time they go for a drink? Nah. It’s just not the vibe. Overall a very misleading product and I would not recommend this.
