I work in a call center and have been disappointed with several headsets I've purchased, these are by far the best. The sound quality is crisp and clear, and they're comfortable. I have a big head, at first my ears bothered me after wearing them a few hours, but that problem went away after I got used to them. I only turn the volume up on my laptop to 20 because they work so well, other headsets I would go up to 60. The ringing noise when I get a message on microsoft teams is a very nice feature, this was a great purchase. Update: This headset was cutting out on me when I was talking to customers, now they no longer work, when I plugged them in I got a message on my laptop "this USB product has malfunctioned". Very disappointed, only lasted 6 months, too good to be true. Update: I sent an e-mail to the customer service department about my dissatisfaction, and they allowed me to pick out another headset, also they refunded me right away. This company aims to please, can't say enough good things about how they handled my complaint.

Update to this review: I used these for about 4-6 weeks and the mic went bad. I was really disappointed because I loved them so much. PLOT TWIST THOUGH!! I was looking at them again to buy them (because I seriously have tried so many types for work and these were far and away the best) and noticed there's a warranty! I contacted the seller and within12 hours, I had a response from them asking for my address to replace them!! And I have emailed a couple of more times to ask questions and been answered in less than 24 hours, even on the weekend. SO - I will be a repeat customer of this store. I will be a repeat buyer of this headset. And if you're looking for a reliable company to work with, this. is. it. Bottom Line. Great Company, Great Customer Support. Would give them more than five stars if possible. If you're looking for truly noise-canceling headsets, keep looking. I can have conversations and listen to outside music with these on. However, they have great sound quality through the mic. I use them for work and have no trouble at all with customers hearing me, and they're comfortable on my ears, which is a big deal. I wear glasses and headsets with smaller ear thingys (that's a technical term) press against the top of my ear and it really hurts by the end of the day. They cover my whole ear so they don't hurt. BUT THE MUTE BUTTON!!! It's on the cord, which means I lean against it and press it against my desk and mute the mic a lot. I have to clip it to the collar of my shirt to stop it from happening. Otherwise, I love them.

Very nice item. My only gripe is that it does not completely cover my ears and that gets uncomfortable after 10 or 15 minutes. I guess I have big ears because this is what always seems to happen. But the sound and the controls are good. I use it all the time for GoTo meetings and Skype meetings. FOLLOW-UP after about a year of regular use. This headset is as good as new after almost daily use for music and meetings. Still uncomfortable after 15 minutes or so. (See big ears comment above) But they have not degraded at all and people I talk with say the sound is excellent. The mic boom still stays where I position it which has been the downfall of many droopy headsets. The ear pads have not started to fall apart which is another common problem. If only the circle of the ear-pads could be a little bigger! Still, I'm buying another for my home office. FOLLOW-UP OCT, 2020 - The right ear (mic side) now has gone significantly quieter than the left side and has a plastic-y crumple sound any time I move even a bit. It sounds like the diaphragm is broken. I do not turn the volume up loud and I have never dropped or mistreated this headset. Other headsets work fine, so it is not the computer they are plugged into. A disappointing lifespan for any headset! They are good when they work, but you know... they _have_ to work! Bump down to 3 stars.

I love this! I have bought 4 of them for my home office and work spaces. They are great for Cochlear Implant hearing devices with no feedback. Crystal clear hearing on both ends and noise cancelling does the job in the lobby answering the phone. With USB-C adapter, works will with cell phones and on laptop. Works great with Cisco Finesse/Jabber system at work as long as you have USB plug. This would not work with hearing aids to do feedback.

This headphone is not noise-canceling, not whatsoever. It is the most sensitive microphone I have ever used. It picks up every background noise possible. If you breathe at all, it is unbearably loud, you will literally rape the ears of people listening to you. Keyboard noises, mouse noises, move in your chair, if someone is in your house downstairs you can hear them. It is literally incredible how sensitive this microphone is. Also, this headset is incredibly loud. I have to turn the volume to literally 1 on my computer, 1 out of 100, because it's that loud. Not only that, the earmuffs are incredibly too small. On my left ear, the earmuffs would pinch against my ear, instead of covering it. It is INCREDIBLY painful. So, a painful headset that has military-grade sensitivity, along with being the loudest headphones ever. I guess this is good for people with nerve damage that can't feel their ears, and need hearing aids and 10000 volume just to hear something. And it might also be good if you do interrogations, cause you can hear every little noise in a room. Or maybe good for dictation. You can hang the headset from the ceiling maybe and use it for dictation? Idk. Overall review? The most garbage headset I've ever used in my life. 5$ dollar store headsets are better.

I work from home as a CSA, my company supplied a headset that just didn't fit comfortably nor could I hear very well unless on full volume. Dealing with partial hearing loss needed a better headset so gave these a try. They worked great up until yesterday when my microphone stopped working..in the middle of a call. I felt so bad. At first I thought it was just our system acting up again. I lost 4 calls..which hurts my metrics scoring. Short of the long..these are great but didn't last me more than 5 months. Will not purchase again.

I like them a lot. I added a piece of leather under the top of the headband because the plastic is not so comfortable. It has a great volume control which shows a thin grey bar in the top left corner of the screen when changing volume; it shows the volume from 1 to 100. I found that 50 is a good listening level.

I have now used this headset for a few weeks. It represents very good value. I was a little unsure of what quality I would be getting for the price. I was pleasantly surprised. They are of good quality, easy to use and install immediately. I use them for online teaching and my students have commented on the clarity being good compared to some of the more expensive (brand name) headsets being used by my colleagues. Inline controls are good, microphone positioning being flexible is very good, you can position it away from the mouth and it still picks up voices well. In fact I used it in a classroom with other students present and those listening were able to hear them easily. Comfortable ear pieces means I can wear them for quite a while without causing pressure (I wear spectacles and they don't create excess pressure.

Lo compré para usarlo en el trabajo. Por la pandemia hemos estado operando desde casa y todos los días a todas horas estoy conectada en Teams para reuniones o para comunicarme con los compañeros. Siempre se quejaban que escuchaban el ruido de fondo y era un problema buscar un espacio para hacer llamadas. Estos audífonos solucionaron de forma excelente el problema; ahora sólo me escuchan a mí cuando hablo y no los ruidos de fondo que son inevitables. Además, tiene varios botones para controlar el volumen, poner el micrófono en "mute" y responder/colgar llamadas que son súper prácticos. Creo que la relación precio/calidad es maravillosa. Es una excelente herramienta para el trabajo.
