Ooohhh these are really good

I don't know if I have ever been as excited to open an Amazon package as when my licorice lollipops arrived. The sellers wrapped these with such care that I took a picture to share. The actual lollipops look exactly as one would expect, so adding a picture of one would be silly But the way the seller taped these babies to the cardboard is a lesson in smart packing. Every single one arrived intact. As for the licorice pops themselves; exactly what I had hoped. My love for licorice is matched by my inability to exercise self-control. After recently going through 2 kilos of Dutch salt licorice in an unsafe period of time, I realized no how hard I tried, I just couldn't let one last long in my mouth. I knew I needed to at least try to satisfy my craving with something I could just suck on, and my experience with a similar lack of self control with hard gingers left "big candy on a stick" as my only hope. These are exactly what I needed. While I will always prefer "real" licorice, these suckers are quite good. I'm placing another order tonight, though this time I'll go for the salmaik version.
