Seems to be working, noticed that I have more energy during the day than before starting these. They don't taste too bad and dissolve quickly under the tongue. Time will tell if my B12 levels improve. Definitely prefer these over the B12 injections.

These taste tolerable and dislodge very easily. I really enjoy them as a bariatric patient because it’s one less giant horse pill I have to swallow and it gets absorbed under the tongue. I feel like it does help my energy levels so that’s a huge plus.
