I like mixed ratio on this. It’s a great pre work out to add to the mix of them. I would recommend using a bottle and then changing to a different product for a month or two. It’s a high quality product.

Fantástico pump with no crash…. IMO, stay with just one scoop a day so your tolerance doesn’t give crazy and the next day you’re ready for another. Unless you don’t give a F and want an insane workout that day

I wasted money. This did not deliver what it was marketed to do. I didn't feel no rush or energy from this. It does provide a pump, but I do not need a supplement for a pump, I achieve that with food. I have tried pre's that are way cheaper and get the job done. I won't be purchasing this again, as it just seems like I paid money for the name and not the benefits.
