Extremely Flavorful!!
Bo Kho is one of my favorite dishes. It’s the perfect mixture of pho and beef stew. It’s basically if pho and beef stew had a beautiful Vietnamese baby. Eventually, I got tired of not only traveling but paying to get it at my local Vietnamese restaurant. A fellow Vietnamese neighbor told me to use as much as I would like but she doesn’t use the whole flavor packet. I opted to use only half the package of flavor and found that was perfect for our family! Not spicy what so ever. My husband, kids, and I tore it up. I will be ordering again and again.

Delicious Soup Flavoring!
A delicious soup base. I use it for a variety of different soups along with bone broth, veggies, and garnish. Edible flowers are fun too!

Overall, this is a great seasoning packet for making authentic Bò Kho. The flavor profile is spot on, and the 3-pack is a solid size for the value. My only slight critique is that I wished it had a bit more of a spicy kick—I just added a few fresh chilies/chili oil to get it to my preferred heat level. Would definitely buy again!
