Too heavy and doesn't stay on the phone
It was too heavy for my elderly mother to hold for any length of time, and it kept coming off the headset of the phone.

Never got to use it, because it is to big for the phone
Never used it, to big for the phone

Didn’t work
I bought this for my job as it is a very noisy environment. It didn’t help at all.

Not LOUD for the hard of hearing
I so wanted to buy some thing for my aunt who is hard of hearing. Once I was able to get everything together, it was an epic fail. It hardly stayed on the phone. It slid back-and-forth and it’s not loud and she can barely hear. It also has a buzzing noise when you cut it on when the volume is turned up loud that is quite annoying.

Looks great
Seems to be ok. Purchased for my mom. Makes high sound sometimes.
