will these work for a jackson js22?

I’m not 100% sure, but they did fit my mij Jackson dinky. That guitar had the Jackson dye cast tuners. So if your guitar has Jackson dye cast tuners you should be okay. Unless you measure it’s a bit of a gamble……..

How long are the posts?

The posts stick up off the machine body a little over an inch in total (1 1.08 in, 27.5mm). These are perfect fit for 10mm holes in the headstock. They were an exact replacement for my 1995 reissue of the '76 Gibson Explorer.
