This product definitely works to help with pain and unlike so many other natural anti-inflammatory products, it does not act as a blood thinner. Been trying to get off of prescription pain meds for a while and was quite successful using a combo of things but ended up with crazy bloody noses, at least I know this is not a contributor. Did not notice increases in energy or focus., though I definitely get more agitated when taking these. I discovered L-Phenylanaline 45 years ago. It really works. You don't get buzzed or anything, you're just in a sunnier mood. In fact, I was taking 1,000 mg by taking 2 500mg capsules. Then I ordered these 1,000 mg pills. I was taking 2 as usual. and after a week or two, I noticed my son didn't irritate me near as much as usual. And I looked at the bottle and realized I had doubled my dosage. And I will continue to do so! Who doesn't want to be less irritated? Also, It lessens your sense of taste, and your appetite. Whats not to like? give it a month. Youll notice a difference. start out at the 1,000 mg for a week or so first. It's a lot of change for your body to adjust to. you do lose some touch sensation. But I have alot of pain, so I'm good with that!

Capsules are well made, no weird smell or taste. Bottle came sealed properly. Size is good, easy to swallow. Been taking these for a few weeks and they seem to be doing what they're supposed to. Price is decent compared to other brands I looked at. No fillers or junk ingredients.

Long story but I was in a whole lot of nerve pain. Between this and ALA my pain is between a 1-3 depending on my activity. I work freight at my job so sometimes it's a bit much. You'll need to take it consistently for 1-2 months before you'll notice the difference
