Lifted anxiety and depression
I started this at same time as taurine so i am unsure if itโs both supplements or just one product, but within a week I feel a veil of clouds lifted and I could think clearly, more focused, and definitely happier. Itโs amazing. I hope it lasts. I take just one of this and taurine in AM with a zillion other supplements. But these two are the new ones. Highly recommend.

be aware mushrooms are medicinal
update: changed from 1 to 4 start since able to take 1 a day with no bad issues. I like that the company is fda registered and gnp certified. so decided to stick with this because it ahs the blend I want. perhaps the strength is user dependent. Just be aware mushrooms are herbal and have medicinal affects that can interact with other medications, so start with 1 then add is my advice. I've taken mushroom complex from another comapany and had no issues, and I always start with one and build up to suggested serving size. day 4 taking 2 pills and I got a horrible headache that only got worse until I disconinued use and headache went away. Bad batch or bad company not careful of blend quantity I don't know. Unable to return so waste of money for me.

semi proprietary blend
I like how it takes account of some of the ingredients The bad side is, it contains a proprietary blend of mushrooms. (They will not tell you howmuch of each mushroom they're putting) Companies do this dishonestly, and they claim that it's a secret ratio, but that's not possibly genuine for several reasons. A company with a proprietary blend wants to advertise a lot of ingredients when in reality it only contains traces of the real thing. Therefore, it's half of the actual stuff that it advertises. It is still good for its price regardless!
