What is your return policy?

I ordered two liberty lifts. One to keep at home and one in the car for when we travel. My mother is 97 and has difficulty getting out of chairs and off the couch. I found it moderately helpful. I found I was still doing a great deal of the lifting. Even though she has a good grip you must be able to raise yourself or it does not work well. I wanted to return at least one of these and could not find a return policy or instructions. Nothing was enclosed with the order. I still have two liberty lifts which sit in the corner and are never used.

My legs are bad - Can someone get me up from the floor with this?

My grandfather had the same issue. I have to lift all his body weight from behind him when he's on the floor because his legs are weak. When I tried grabbing his hands and pulling him up his but just slid across the floor because he couldn't get his feet under him. I don't believe this handle would help that situation
