i got ford e 150 2004 with 180,000 m and i start use mobile 1 sintetic oil after 100,000 m on it , can i used this liquid moly on mi engine ?

2021 bronco sport 1.5 ecoboost

First oil change. 5k miles, average 30.1 mpg. Used this oil and napa gold filter. Engine runs noticeably smoother, 32.9 mpg. Mixed city and highway. I will use liquimoly for the rest of this vehicles life.
