I bought these because I travel a lot and need a decent pair of sunglasses but at a price that won’t make me kick myself if I leave them in a hotel or rental car. I gave 5 stars because they fill the bill nicely. I also bought a hard case with a clip so I can attach the whole thing to my soft sided “briefcase” and have them handy without digging for them. I also have a pair of $300+ Persols and while these are lighter and lack the cachet of Persol, they do a great job in their role.

Great buy . Nice quality and look much more expensive. They fit really well but they’re just a tad heavy for my nose to support fora long period. Most people won’t even notice the weight. The case is really nice too.and they fold flat! That was a big issue for me.

First of all let me say that I'm not one to write reviews for products I purchase from amazon, even if I do love the item. Always felt if I'm spending my money on something, I should be pleased with the purchase anyway, so what's the big deal? I was so pleased with these sunglasses that I found it imperative that I change my tune. I'm legally blind and find it hard to travel anywhere well lighted, without experiencing severe discomfort. Yes, the doctor has recommended I wear sunglasses all the time to protect my eyes, but I hate looking like the stereotypical blind-man. You know with the large, dark, ugly sunglasses dominating most of his/her face? Then I came to Amazon hoping to find the perfect pair of sunglasses that would not only protect my eyes from harmful light, but look nice. I just got these glasses via UPS about 2 hours ago and they've not left my face since I put them on. There so light that I barely know they're on, in addition, they fit my wide face perfectly! Feel very well-constructed too. Haven't experienced any eye discomfort at all traveling indoors or outdoor due to bright light. Best of all, I've been getting compliments from everyone I've encountered about how nice they look on me. Are you kidding ne? Can't believe how lucky I was to come across my dream sunglasses on-line. All based 100% on customer feedback to boot? Thank you Amazon for creating an on-line shopping resource so simple, "That even a Blind-Man can do it!" Also want to thank the designers of these incredible sunglasses. Once I get my hands on some extra cash, I'll be back to pickup some more pairs in different color frames. If you are in need of some affordable sunglasses that feels good, protects good and looks good... these are what you want.

I think I have purchased four or five pairs of these glasses not because they break but because I tend to lose glasses. These are inexpensive enough that I don’t feel horrible about losing them yet. They are high quality enough that I keep buying them. The hinges are great and I never have to tighten the screws, they don’t get loose, they are stylish, they are dark without being too dark, and the finish doesn’t turn all weird or gummy if you sweat like some other brands will. They are better than any gas station sunglasses pair you will find at the same or cheaper price.

This is a great looking pair of sunglasses! They're reasonably comfortable and gave me peace of mind that I wouldn't lose my favorite sunglasses on a rafting trip. They're inexpensive, so I had managed my expectations. For their purpose, I'm very pleased. They came with a nice carrying case and they did a great job blocking out sun - and keeping the worst of the water out of my eyes. If you're looking more long-term than I was, however, I should note that the lenses pop out of the sunglasses very easily. I had to reset the lenses multiple times this weekend. They just aren't tightly fitted enough to stay in place every time I need to wipe the lenses. I also noted that the left hinge is loose. I can tighten it, but I didn't expect to need to adjust anything after a single weekend. For a vacation where you don't want to lose a favorite pair of sunglasses, these are perfect. Just be aware of the drawbacks.

These are fantastic! I've had mine for two years and they're fantastic. I don't know why I spend more on others. When mine eventually break, I'll buy another pair of these same ones. They are amazing sunglasses, and they're durable. They also don't get caught in my hair.

Ok it looks like other competitors are having their people write false bad reviews. Seriously. These glasses are cheaper than the ones in stores and much nicer. Here's why: 1) They are very light. Some think that means "cheap" but I think it means they are more comfortable. 2) The lenses are VERY clear - not just "dark" - so I can see very well on the road. 3) The polarization is excellent. I can even see the multicolor rainbow effect in new car headlight (UV coating I guess) and some window tints (more UV coating?) that I couldn't see before with my department store sunglasses... 4) These REALLY help with glare. Like a lot! They're so cheap I splurged on 3 pairs, so one is the "Night Driving" yellow. I thought this would be foolishness, but sure enough, I wore them last night on a dark road and they actually worked. I don't understand how, but whatever. I can also tell you that when I tried to wear the "night driving" on an overcast day, it made everything uncomfortably bright so I had to take them off. So if you get night glasses, I don't think you'll want to wear them during the day. Just saying. 5). They aren't overly tight on my head! I have a "normal" head shape (not a super fat head, not super narrow), but some sunglasses just are too tight - I think they don't have enough flex. Whatever. These don't do that. They are snug and don't fall off, but they don't hurt behind my ears and give me a headache. Just right.
