Best quality shilajit
i purchase this kapiva shilajit almost 2 weeks before. honestly it is very good product. before using this i was feeling very tired and lazy in evening time but now my energy has increased. I take one spoon in warm water daily. Daily dose is essential so don't skip. taste is not good (shilajit isn't tasty thing) but it is original ayurvedic product so its ok. mixing is easy. after drinking i feel active for full day. also good for gym workout. price is also good for 20g. I'm happy with this purchase.

Waste of money.
Very impractical packing. I needed up spilling lot of the product. Capsules are better. Open free flowing shilajit is very sticky and impossible to control in a open mouthed bottle with a tiny spoon. Now the product sits on my shelf and I don't know how to consume it.
