Excellent product

I started taking these for dry eye about 5 months ago. Not sure if they’ve helped with that but there was a SIGNIFICANT increase in my HDL cholesterol levels & a SIGNIFICANT decrease in my triglycerides. Also slight decreases in VLDL & LDL cholesterol. This may be “TMI”, but I hope you can read the copy of my latest lab results I included with this review. (For reference, I’m a small 70-year-old woman.) I think it helped when I started by taking 1 capsule at night for the first week, then increasing it to 2 capsules. No stomach issues. I just sent some to my son who watches his diet closely but still struggles with his cholesterol.

Well worth the money. I had to take 8 pills a day to get to 4,000 units. I only have to take 2 of these. It was recommended by my neurologist. It has no aftertaste either. I would highly recommend.

Like others, my optometrist recommend I take these for my dry eyes. I'm on my second bottle and to tell the truth, I have no idea if they're helping any or not. They do however, seem to be helping with my hypertension? It could just as likely be the weather (not the pills), since my BP is usually lower in the hot summer months. We'll have wait for the winter months to be sure. Read others complain that the pills get stuck together. I've experienced that as well but nothing a good shake of the bottle can't cure. Not sure about the lemon flavor. I guess there's a slight flavor of something but I'm swallowing the pills so who cares about flavor? That being said, if you don't like to swallow pills, you may have a problem with taking these. Day-yum thems some huge pills! I gave only 4 stars just for the price. Seems a bit pricy but you are getting a higher dose than any other fish oil pill I've seen.

Very good quality product. We also order the Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega. The ProMega 2000 was suggested by my wife's doctor, whereas the Ultimate Omega was suggested by my doctor. So, we have ordered both. I have not had a blood test since starting to see if this is impacting my cholesterol or other lipids. My advice is to always check the shipper after you order to make sure it is Nordic Naturals. If it's not, you should then check the shippers' ratings to confirm they are legitimate.

I have taking this for years. My bloodwork results come out good and improved on my cholesterol level. I appreciate this product. It also improves my dry eyes.
