Do these hold okay in a hot car? I've had clips before that melted and disfigured due to the summer heat.

Yeah they hold pretty good atleast for the heat in arizona which is averaging 105-108 right now. My car stays outside and in direct sunlight most of the time and these are still holding pretty good
