Good quality and fresh taste

I love these seeds on salad. But they're also good in soups, scrambled eggs and on salmon. They have a spicy, nutty taste and they're good for you.

Just what I had hoped for.

Nigella seeds toasted then added to turmeric, garlic, sea salt and potatoes. I take black seed oil regularly by mouth..yuck taste but so good for my body. Nice to have a tasty option of these seeds to ingest without frowning! ONLY THING..THEY DID NOT SPROUT for me after 14 days.

Good product as advertised. I bake pita bread at home and I sprinkle some seeds on top while it is still soft dough in order for the seeds to stick to the surface. The bread comes out very tasty and makes for a snack all by itself. You can use the seeds with other Middle East recipes as well. I only find that the seeds I'm used to in the Middle East are slightly larger, more glossy and less dry than this product. The larger seeds are more chewy and fulfilling and less likely to fall off the baked goods. The taste however is comparable to what I'm used.

Yes, these are real. They are potent. Make sure you dry them out first!!! If not, im sorry for u. I just use a frying pan. No butter no non stick spray. Just the pan. I fry for about 5-7 min on med high. Stirring almost constantly. But these seeds are the only ones i order. This will be a risk free purchase!

Love it, add it to my soups and salads, and will add to other dishes as well.

The flavor is bitter and seems to stay with you for awhile. We haven't been using it long enough to give a truly accurate review, but are interested in seeing how the seeds work over time.
