Se recomienda ampliamente ya que se puede usar sin cables y con cables (mientras la batería se carga) y el calor que me proporciona es justo el que mi terapia de espalda necesita

I've used mine for winter months for 2 years to alleviate lower back pain caused by cold air. I consider it to be a bargain and would purchase another if need be. My minor complaints are the battery is not in an ideal location and does not hold its charge when set on the highest of 3 heat levels. This shortcoming can be solved by not using the highest temperature setting, which I seldom use. Also, the Velcro on the strap is smaller than it could be (2 inches by 3/4th of an inch) and therefore will come lose if the strap is stretched so that it is nicely snug to your back (which makes a real difference in very cold air). It would be a major improvement if the width of the Velcro is enlarged. I solve this problem by wearing a tight-fitting sweater over this warmer and under a coat, which is also excellent for layering in really cold weather.

This is so comforting and easy to use. Especially since I woke from home I can just put this on and heat up and be comfortable all day instead of in pain. It helps me be able to work and not miss out on pay because on pain and that’s always a win. Super soft, charges easily. It does die pretty fast so the battery life could be improved but that’s really all I have to complain about. I do try to not keep it on the highest setting and just step up to it but sometimes I just need that and it should stay charged longer. Otherwise no complaints!

I used this product to help relieve menstrual cramps rather than back or shoulder or back pain as mainly advertised. Because of this I had the pad sitting more on my stomach/pelvis area, so it could change some of my experiences. The heating pad charges at a fairly normal rate, taking about 3 or so hours to fully charge. At the lowest setting you’ll get about 3.5-4 hours or so of use before you’ll have to charge it again. If you change the setting to the medium or high settings you will get less time, about 2-2.5 on medium in my experience or about 1.25 hours on high. If you switch between the settings while you’re using it the amount of time you’ll get for that charge changes, if alternating between low and medium I’d say you can probably get about 2.5-3 hours in my experience. Using the highest heat at all will suck the battery very quickly and greatly limit the amount of use you get out of it that charge. It should be noted that the low and medium settings are sufficient to reduce discomfort from cramps to a reasonable level. I would not recommend using the highest setting for very long as it gets, and I can not stress this enough, extremely hot. I can usually only keep it on high for about 10-15 minutes at a time before I have to switch to a lower setting. It has its purpose and is really good if you need more heat but it is for sure a big step up from the medium setting. On a scale of 1 to 10 where 10 is the hottest heat you can handle I would put the low mode at about a 3, the medium at a 6 or 7, and the hot at a 9 or a 10. None of the settings are bad but I would take the high setting in very small doses, as it is effective but also very efficient at heating up and will be hot almost immediately. The heating pad maintains a consistent heat/temperature output for whatever setting you have it on. It also heats up very quickly so it is very helpful when you are looking for near immediate relief. The velcro strap allows it to fit a wide range of sizes and holds the heating pad securely to the body. It’s adjustable and stretchy so you can get the heating pad very firmly against your torso but not have the band squeezing you uncomfortably like some other elastic straps are known to do. If you intend to put this more on your pelvis like I did I would suggest trying to put the elastic band just under the widest part of your hips for the best hold. It is indeed portable and easy to work around the house in. Allows a good range of motion while still providing relief. Overall very happy with this purchase.
