Can i use my dental trays with this product

We don't recommend using our Crest Whitening Emulsions with a dental tray, as they haven't been designed to provide brilliant results this way. Do I have to give up daily coffee while using?

We recommend waiting at least 30 minutes to eat and/or drink while using Crest Whitening Emulsions to ensure the desired whitening results. Doesn't hurt the teeth at all during and after application. As it's much more gentle than the strips, the result will not be as quick and prominent too. This is more suitable for people who is able to apply the emulsion on daily basis so as to see and/or maintain the whitening effect and most definitely recommended to people who have sensitive teeth and gum
