Looks good, easy to install, dispenses paper towels easily. The build quality is definitely plastic and cheap (so is the price so I won't knock that). But I only notice that when I need to open it and put more towels in it. Otherwise most of the time I'm not even touching it. There is a plastic triangle key, this is really pointless as you only have to push on the side of it and it will pop open. And since this thing is most likely to be used at home, not sure what we need to secure the paper towels from. I wish the design would have included a keyless design for opening and closing it (because I totally lost the key already).

I like this dispenser. I use it in a semi truck. It's nice and compact, yet still holds a full bundle of tri fold towels. The mounts have peel and stick backs making mounting a breeze.

Excellent. Not too big. Not too small. Love the look and ease to open. I don't lock it with the key because I know eventually I will lose the key so I keep it unlocked. Perfect size for the office bathroom. Looks great . Tissue comes out with ease and and one at a time. Not like the last one I had that when I pull put a sheet that 3 or 4 or a bunch of paper comes out at the same time. No regrets.

This product is sturdy, it works great for our basement bathroom! Very convenient.

Item did not come with instructions. Nbd, it wasn’t difficult to locate where screws would go. However, if you want to opt-out of drilling holes, good luck. Item came with 4 sticky pads that have long posts that protrude into the interior of the unit and would appear to inhibit proper flow of the paper towels. Really poor design and I don’t see any other way that they would be installed. Opted to just drill the holes and it looks great and feels sturdy enough. Note: there is no ability to actually lock the compartment so anyone can open it as needed. It’s fine for me because I am using it at home, but just fyi.

I really like the look. My biggest problem is that I can't find paper towels to fit it. I ordered a box of Kleenex towels after receiving the dispenser and some towels I ordered when I purchased the dispenser. These towels fit perfectly but are very scratchy. I was trying to find some that are softer. I ordered some premium Kleenex towels that jammed up repeatedly, and I returned them for a refund. I haven't seen any that will fit without jamming and tearing. Good luck. I may have to find another dispenser.

Very good quality PLASTIC, design is SLEEK and GOOD LOOKING , haven’t used it so can’t say much about the use case but looks and feels good. Everything is included to hang it on the wall. Happy with the purchase
