So yummy and easy to make!
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this variety pack blew me away! Every shape was super yummy and incredibly easy to cook. It’s such a great alternative to regular pasta. It was light, low-cal, and still satisfying. The texture held up really well, and it paired beautifully with all kinds of sauces and flavors (especially pesto and spicy marinara!). Perfect for anyone watching carbs or calories but still craving that pasta feel. Will definitely be reordering!

A Flavorful and Healthy Pasta Alternative
Skinny Variety Pack offers a fantastic low-carb, low-calorie alternative to traditional pasta. These fully cooked shirataki noodles are ready to eat right out of the package, making them an incredibly convenient and time-saving ingredient. The noodles possess minimal flavor, allowing them to absorb the seasonings and sauces of your dishes easily. This versatility makes them an ideal replacement for pasta in your favorite recipes. In terms of texture, Skinny noodles remarkably resemble authentic pasta. They provide a satisfying bite that will deceive even the most discerning palate. This characteristic makes them perfect for various culinary creations, from stir-fries to soups and salads. From a nutritional standpoint, these noodles are incredibly beneficial for those following keto, gluten-free, vegan, or paleo diets. They lack sugar, soy, and artificial ingredients, ensuring a healthy and wholesome meal. Whether you want to reduce carbohydrates, incorporate more fiber into your diet, or enjoy a delicious and healthy pasta alternative, It’s Skinny Variety Pack is an excellent choice. It delivers a guilt-free indulgence that will leave you feeling satisfied and energized.

Great pasta alternative, but…
This is likely the best pasta alternative that I’ve come across, and I’ve tried many. The texture is a bit lighter than traditional pasta, and it has a more springy “bite”, but I like that as it doesn’t feel or sit as heavy as wheat pasta. The flavor is very neutral, so it goes with absolutely everything you pair it with. You can’t beat the low carb and calorie content, so it’s perfect when you’re craving pasta but don’t want the calories or carbohydrates. Sounds great, right? It almost is - but… This comes already hydrated and packed in water. If you’re anything like me, you *detest* runny, watery sauce on your pasta (and pasta substitutes). I didn’t realize how much water this hangs on to, so my first meal was a runny, watery mess. Dislike. On my second meal, I drained thoroughly (as thoroughly as possible, anyway, this stuff REALLY holds a lot of liquid), and then I used a generous amount of paper toweling to further squeeze out every last bit of moisture that I could get out of it. That was much better, and really helped improve my dining experience, but I suggest doing this even 2-3 times more, as I still had more moisture than I think is ideal. Squeezing the moisture out of the larger pasta is far easier in the spaghetti and fettuccini. It’s kind of a lesson in futility with the orzo, though, as it sticks to the paper toweling a bit too well. I also tried just pressing it out while it was in my strainer, but that’s not very successful, either. For that reason, I won’t be purchasing the orzo and don’t recommend it, and likely also won’t recommend the angel hair, but if you really get the moisture out of the spaghetti and fettuccini before pairing with your sauce (maybe even cook it off a bit in a hot pan to reduce the moisture even further), there’s a lot of potential here as a great alternative to traditional pasta. I think it’s worth my time to experiment a bit further with this, so I’ve set up a Subscribe-and-Save subscription for the fettuccini (which IMO is the best of the bunch here), and will update my review if I find a way to make this an even more successful pasta alternative. Further, if the manufacturer has tips for reducing the moisture content prior to use, I’d love to know them, as that’s the thing that prohibits this from being a five star review.

Texture of product is not pasta like at all
Okay, so honest review on this product from a foodie who is always looking for ways to make things healthier. They have no smell and no taste at all. So you can only taste what you add to them. They are very easy to make, open drain and rinse them. They are transparent which was a little off putting to me but I was determined to like it. I made spaghetti and meatballs with them. I could not get used to the texture of the noodles. They are kind of rubbery or bouncy when you try to chew them and even with a red sauce added they were still transparent. If texture doesn’t matter to you then it’s a good low calorie choice. It isn’t something I will be using in my diet plan.

Quality issues and no return option- UPDATE
UPDATE: The company immediately reached out to fix the issue. They explained that a batch of their inventory got frozen in transit, which ruined the product. Hey, things happen. They sent me a replacement box, plus an extra box for the trouble. Great customer service and the product is really good. Changing my review to 5 stars. Thanks! Original review: Beware of quality issues. I usually like this product, but this time I got a bad box. They look gross. They don’t normally look like this, so I do not feel comfortable eating them. And this item isn’t eligible for returns, so I’m stuck. Disappointing for the price ;(

You have to know how to cook it!
I tried the spaghetti skinny noodles first and I absolutely didn’t like it. They really didn’t have a bad taste . Really no taste at all. They didn’t smell bad either. It was the texture I didn’t like. They were very rubbery, like eating a bunch of small rubber bands! All I did to cook them was rinse them and place in the microwave for a couple of minutes like the instructions said to do. DO NOT DO THAT! I then googled how to cook them and found out the best way to do it is to rinse as instructed but then put them in a pan and fry them like a stir fry. I also cut the noodles up a bit so they aren’t so long. I added stir fry vegetables, chicken, green onions, and Kung Pao sauce and it is so good! A lot to eat with very low calories. I’ve also made it with ramen noodle chicken seasoning, chicken, green onions, and cabbage. Again very good! I will buy again!!!

If you don't like the "odor" that these noodles are prone to, these are for you. There's no off-putting smell or taste and they're nice and bouncy which is a texture I enjoy. A bit pricey, but worth it.

Great for Keto diet. Most items are 2g carbs and 2g fiber. I find I only need half as much as I used to eat of other brands and not like many of the 'Keto' pastas out there, this product has great taste. Easy to use, just rinse and pat dry before adding to your favoirite dish or side.

I bought these to use in a low carb diet, and am pleasantly surprised. It's made from konjac flower, so it's almost all fiber - very low carb. The variety pack I bought comes with several different "types" (meaning size, thickness, etc). There are a few things you need to know before using this, though. It's "wet" when it comes out of the pack. You don't need to cook it, but unless you "cook off" the excess liquid it will always be watery. You just have to toss it in a hot fry pan for a very short amount of time (say 20 seconds to a minute depending on how you're going to use it). If you're going to add it to a pasta dish, it can remain a little "wetter" as the sauce will absorb some of the water. If put in an Asian dish, if the water isn't cooked off, it will water down the dish. This might seem like a pain in the butt, but compared to the amount of time it takes to boil regular noodles and drain them, it's way faster. Take note - this ISN'T wheat pasta. It never gets super "soggy" soft. If you don't like your pasta al dente, you won't like this. It has a texture very similar to zucchini noodles - crisp and a wee bit chewy. Also take note - where this is made from konjac and is almost all fiber, you don't want to eat a huge amount of this, especially if you have gastrointestinal issues. A giant bowl of spaghetti using this may cause you to regret it. A normal serving is fine. I have issues with eating a lot of fiber and I can eat this fine as long as I don't make a pig of myself with it. Not sure if this would be considered gluten-free or not, but if you are going low carb/keto and you want pasta, this is a great choice.

Had been disappointed with a number of other options but these let me enjoy spaghetti and fettuccine again. No digestive issues whatsoever. Good texture and no obvious taste.
