are the inside and blades stainless steel?

Yes, the main body and blades are stainless steel. Only the lid is plastic like the pictures show

What is it made of? is it all plastic?

No the body is metal and the lid and blades as well. Very little plastic all together.

can I bypass the heating?

To make almond milk bypassing the heating you have to use the Juice and Vitamin setting, pressing it multiple times. After 3 times I got a decent milk but there were still big chunks of almond along with the finer pulp. Other than this machine I've never seen instructions for making almond milk which involved heating, but I will try it one of these days.

How do you clean it ??

I take a soft sponge with soap and water and wash the inside out and then I dry it with a soft cloth. I hope this helps.
