This is a good engine oil

I use Vavoline high milage on all my cars that are 10+ years old or over 100k miles. I like using the synthetic blend version, a lot of my cars are Fords and the Motorcraft version is also a synthetic blend. I always recommend using what the auto manufacturer tells you to, but for me I buy a lot of Maxlife cause its easier for me to stock one brand of oil for my cars. Rather than buy Mobile1 for one, Castrol for the other, and Motorcraft for the last one, I'm confident in Vavoline and their Maxlife product that, they meet or exceed the competition for my personal vehicles. I'm of the personal opinion that the type of oil synthetic blend vs full synthetic, doesn't really matter in a daily driver, so long as it's a quality oil from a good manufacturer; and the car is used regularly and given regular 5k mile oil changes. Most people daily driving their car aren't going to regularly take their oil to the limit where a few extra degrees of heat degradation is going to make a significant enough difference.

Still as true today as when they first made the commercial for Valvoline. "Motor oil is motor oil" NOT! Been using Valvoline for over 40 years in ALL types of vehicles. Still outperforms every other brand I occasionally stupidly try.

Highly recommend Valvoline. Have been using it for years. Not sure about ordering it from Amazon in the future. Evidently the carrier threw the box around causing oil to leak and soak the box. One of the 5w30 containers leaked about a quart. Carrier put the box in a plastic bag. It was a mess to clean up.
