Is it really nonstick?

The wording is bad, but this is not intended to be a nonstick spatula so much as a spatula meant for use with nonstick cookware (it won’t damage it).

How is "polyamide* different from nylon, if at all? Silicone is too flexible to cut butter or things in pan, while food sticks to nylon like glue.

Not sure of the difference in the material. It is stiff enough to cut butter and I have had to rub a bit to clean the tip when dried egg was on it. This is nice more because the shape makes it easy to turn an egg in the pan.

Does this work good for fried potatoes?

Hello !! I love the quality of this spatula, it’s a universal cooking tool, would be nice to have two one wider for larger frying pans. This works great for breakfast bacon and eggs and fried potatoes too 👌🏻

Its a spaghetti server so tnere us nit much to say other than it works well and is sturdy enough to hold the weight without giving like some less ribust models. Heat resistant and smart design, seems well made and is easy to clean and won't scratch non-stck surfaces.
