I loved it so much
This is the bike I used during physical therapy following total knee replacement. I loved it so much, I got one to use at home after PT ended. It can pedal backwards as well as forwards and you can easily adjust it to use for an upper body workout. Expensive but worth it

Excellent Upper Body Ergometer and recumbent bicycle
I've owned my E720 for several years. I purchased mine after using one at a fitness/physical rehab facility. This device is excellent for toning arms and legs as well as improving cardio fitness. It comes with an excellent fitness computer that times workouts and contains directed programs. Short duration workouts yield impressive results particularly when as pertains to arms and shoulders. I recommend this device. I had concerns about it fitting into my relatively small workout room, but its footprint is small.
