My dermatologist said this works better before eczema on kids then hydrocortisone cream so we tried it and she's right cle a red up his eczema flare up in a week rather than just taking the itch away and not healing

Vanicream is the only product that my sensitive skin will tolerate. I have dermatitis and some rosacea on my face. I use the cleanser every other day and the moisturizer daily. Keeps my face moisturized the entire day. I have only used this particular product once and it felt wonderful. hydrocortisone cream is the one thing that calms down dermatitis on my face however it is still harsh on my skin so a vanicream version is my dream. Can’t wait to see how my skin looks after some consistent use of this. Will update if my opinion changes.

It's gentle, doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, and provides relief from itchiness and inflammation. I appreciate that it's fragrance-free and doesn't contain common irritants, making it suitable for those with sensitive skin concerns. While it may not be the strongest hydrocortisone cream I've tried, its compatibility with sensitive skin is a big plus, and I'll continue using it for that reason.

This is the best Cortisone cream I’ve ever used. Works wonderfully. Clears up irritations very quickly. Non-irritating. Highly recommend
