Is this bear plush and soft to cuddle? Some stuffed toys that have battery packs seem to be hard and easy to cuddle.

Yes, it is plush and soft to cuddle. I returned the one I bought because the voice scared my granddaughter and made her cry. She loves to play peek-a-boo and I thought this would be fun for her. The time between the peek-a-boos was too long for her attention span too as she lost interest waiting. She was 11 months old at the time, so maybe too young? Other than those 2 things, the bear was very cute and soft. I don't remember the battery pack being a problem.

What is the warranty on this bear?

I don't know, you'd have to ask the manufacturer. I only know it's cute as can be and I found one in a thrift store that was still working.

I’m an overseas buyer. Can seller answer my question? Your bear stopped talking in full after 19 days we received it.

Any malfunction it the product should be handled by the vendor or manufacturer.

Does thisGund Bear come bigger than illustrated?

This bear is the perfect size for any little baby. I gifted to my Granddaughter when she was 7 months old and she is still pkaying with it. My daughter says it is her favorite toy! Size is 11.5 inches.
