Unintentionally, I managed to find myself with a handful of decently priced watches. These aren't expensive watches, but these are watches that I genuine liked (so I bought them). A couple were gifts. This is about the box. And the box is pretty much solid. There are no creaks or cracks. The glass is a bit thin but nothing worrying. The only complaint I have is the material inside. It is made of woven straw. It is not even fabric. And it is concerning as they tend to scratch the watch. So far, mine have been okay, but it remains to be seen if they will leave a lasting mark (especially on leather). Still, it offers standard protection and a decent organisation if you have a few wrist watches lying around. You can find others with a better inner lining at a more expensive price of course.

My husband was looking for a place to store his watches and we were finding some really expensive options but then we stumbled on this one. I wasn’t expecting much for the price to be honest. However, this box is really nice and is a great way to store and display watches. It is well made and sturdy with a nice glass panel and soft, burlap like material pillows inside. It really does a nice job of fitting in with various styles, I can see this wood finish in a traditional space, farmhouse, or industrial. I highly recommend.

Nice material and quality

I picked up this 6 slot watch box while it was at $25. What a great deal. The craftsmanship isn’t perfect by any means but for $25, what more could you ask for! I wouldn’t pay more than $35 and that’s if I really really really wanted it. I’m looking to downsize the collection and focus on quality over quantity. I have a 12 slot fake leather box I bought on Amazon. I paid $40 for it and it’s not as good as this box! Out with the old and in with the new!

This Is a sub 30 dollar box at the time of writing this. When I looked at watch boxes I quickly realized the really nice ones that I was drawn to are $60+. One that I really love is close to $100+. I decided I wanted a starter box for now, to afford more cool watches and get a nicer box later. The box shipped fast. I got this light tan one with tan cloth, holds six watches. Out of shipping box the wooden box is great for my needs. It's sturdy and the glass looks nice, everything was screwed in well. I will say the box felt a little rough in my hands when id first got it so I decided to sand the box down, I had some fine grit sandpaper lying around which inspired me. I do feel that kicked the box up to another level. If I where to gift this box to someone I would probably now also sand their box too. That's my only complaint. Thats not bad for a real wooden box with hinges, dividers, a latch and a glass viewing window for under $30. Is this box the ultimate watch holder? Is this a good wooden box for under $30? Absolutly Yes.
