Parragon The Book of Steak: Cooking for Carnivores

The book starts out with a run-down on the various cuts of steak and how to cook them, and follows up with a whole host of marinades and recipes with steak at their core. At the end of the book there's a section for sauces and accompaniments. Normally I prefer cookbooks that offer a broader variety of options, but this one does spectacularly well at showing off the diversity of flavours you can get from one versatile core ingredient.

Finally, the steak cookbook I’ve been wanting. I’m challenged when cooking meat. I’ve been looking for a well laid out and well explained steak book. From the graphic at the beginning that shows location of various cuts to the simple steak recipes to the perfect sides recipes, this is the best steak cookbook I’ve come across and I have several highly rated meat cookbooks. I’m so happy with this steak cookbook, that I wish there was a similar one for other types of meat.
