My girlfriend has been using this Olay Retinol Night Cream and she's a fan. As someone who appreciates efficiency (and a bit of self-care too), I've noticed how well it hydrates without being oily. It's fragrance-free which is a huge plus for sensitive skin. Great to have a reliable moisturizer that actually delivers on its promises. A solid 5-star product for the household.

I had so much hope for this product, It goes on smooth and is not greasy. However, my skin was left feeling very tight and even began peeling slightly, by morning. Not a trace of moisture or elasticity and my skin looks worse. Many products by competitors are less costly and give better results Had I not disposed of the box I would return this product. 12/20/2025 I have to amend my initial review. I suppose one can have a reaction to extra strength Retinol and one must get used to the product. Approximately one month into use I skin is a bit brighter so there appears to be a difference. These products are so overpromised and based on their advertisement (women 20 or 30 something) fools us more mature individuals to expect miracles. It is a good product and I may purchase more.

I have an allergy to SPF's of any kind, and in any face cream they drive me crazy with itch. Plus that makes the product 'waterproof' which adds to the misery. I ordered this for night use to see if I could live with it and was pleasantly surprised to find out this product has zero SPF. And yes I have purchased night creams before that have SPF. I amount needed each night is miniscule which is fantastic and I love the way it makes my face feel. Very easy to apply. I have noticed results in the first few weeks of use and have less age spots, odd discoloration and dullness. I am 70 and could not be happier with this product. First good find in a very long time.

I use this moisturizer every night. I have a scar on my face that was the result of an accident when I was seven years old. The scar isn’t very noticeable, but a year or two ago I noticed it was even less noticeable. The only thing I have been doing differently is using this moisturizer. If you haven’t used a product with retinol before, it may sting at first, but after a couple weeks, your skin adjusts. When I first started using it, I only used it every three days or so until my skin adjusted, then gradually increased it and now I use it every night. Another plus is that it’s fragrance free.
