Cleaner worked great and will be buying more, hard grease and oil stains do require a splash of non diluted ez prep. Our concrete is 25 years old so no telling what was on it when we purchased the house

The recommended square footage max is definitely spot on and would probably be on the lighter end of the color spectrum. Otherwise easy to work with and would use again.

This does a good job of cleaning Newark concrete, it goes a long way because it is a concentrate

Worked Great but Pricy
I used this to prep my concrete for acid staining. The product worked great as advertised, I just feel it is overpriced for what it is. Also would be nice if they offered a smaller quart size. I did not need much of the gallon I purchased for my 200 sq.ft. Job.
