Season 11 opens with Maria traveling to Puerto Rico to visit her family and celebrate her 21st birthday and the rest of the Sesame Street gang planning a huge surprise. Season highlights feature pop-culture moments like a Beatles-inspired song about the letter b, Kermit in the thick of the disco craze, and a song in which Big Bird and Star Wars' R2-D2 discover that even those who are very different can still be friends.
