Good yakisoba, BUT...not a stand alone yakisoba flavoring. I had to use A LOT of sauce the first time I used it to get the flavor I wanted. My second time using it I added yakisoba powder that I had in the pantry to the mix and it tasted perfect.

I put this on my hamburgers and love it!!

Finally, a gluten free alternative that's made with real ingredients and tastes like the real deal. It works as a food topper, and even a fish marinade, but really, goes well with some gluten free noodles and wakame flakes. One tablespoon per noodle brick works out perfectly. There is a downside, though... you run out!

This did not smell or taste like the yaki udon sauce I have had when eating at restaurants. It smelled very strong and unpleasant. To me it tasted like worcestershire sauce. As a love of yaki udon, I was extremely disappointed with this sauce.
