Got it today put it on wore it all day it really helped my bad posture the rounding of my upper back. Computer work for years. I found after wearing it my neck was not as sore which is a benefit. The straps over the shoulders do take some getting used to but they are soft and do need to be taken gut enough to pull back the spine to not allow the hunching over. I didn’t realize it’s the muscles that have to be retained so it will take some time and patience in consistency in wearing. I am looking forward to some positive results!! Mostly tired of people’s comments of “you need to stand straight why you walk hunched over” gosh ppl are RUDE! I mean really .. I should say “so your mind can be tested to see how critical your of a person you are sorry you failed” Anyways good product for a great price I say buy it works perfectly 👍

I was skeptical about the brace because I thought it may not work for me. A friend of mine allowed me to try their's on and I was amazed and surprised at the almost immediate pain relief and support I received from wearing it for just a few minutes. I purchased one and it was so comfortable that I wore it for 5 hours while working. I know the instructions never suggested such a long period of time but I simply didn't want to take it off because of the support and pain relief I was enjoying. I'm on my feet a lot at work and this brace has allowed me to walk better while wearing it. I have scoliosis and the right side of my back (muscle) tightens up and sometimes I will get sharp spasms without notice that can be debilitating. Those that are familiar, know exactly where I am coming from. I thanked my friend for introducing me to this brace and I will wear it as needed. I hope this information helps someone searching for a solution to their back troubles.

I used this posture corrector to help with back and shoulder strain, and it definitely made a difference. The straps are adjustable, so it’s easy to get a snug but comfortable fit. I got this posture brace for my teen that has scoliosis and kyphosis. Her back curvatures aren't bad enough to warrant a hard brace. So ortho suggested a posture brace (they didn't suggest a certain brand). I chose this one because it was supposed to support the full spine. Also, I read reviews of multiple brands, and it seemed as this was the best one in my price range. We got the brace and put it on her. The outer wrap-around parts are almost like a thick plastic? It reminds me of a thinner, but still pliable plastic of a milk jug. But, okay, if it works, I'm all for it. And then I noticed she was still hunching over! Even with the cross straps pulled like they should be. All the cross straps do is cause her pain. I have been trying to get her to wear it for 15 mins at a time like some people have suggested in their reviews. But so far, it is not doing anything but hurting her. The one thing I did notice is that the bottom does offer lumbar support. But that could be as easily achieved with a simple lumbar support belt if that's all you need. That would be cheaper. As for helping kyphosis of the thoracic spine, it looks like it would do the job, but I feel there is not enough support. Not enough to keep her from being hunched over anyways.

Ordered size: Large I normally wear large for my top and XL for bottom. I have a short upper torso,very wide hips, and a narrow waist. So I went with my usual dress size. I have shoulder, neck, and back issues due to extended breastfeeding since 2012 to the present. August 15, 2020: I received this back support 2 days ago. 1. Ease of setup: it did take a bit of getting used to. The fit is tight, which is what you need to correct your posture. Pulling the two reinforcement straps to the front is going to be snug so you need to get used to that. But, right away the support feels great. 2. Workmanship: looks like the work quality is very sturdy. You can feel the bone wires on the back. The seams are sewn well and looks to be able to last awhile. 3. Feel: I felt good right away as soon as I wear this support. I didn't buy this to get posture correction but more of a relief from a stiff back. I can feel my back relax and it reinforces correct posture. I notice my lower back feels easing of pressure and my hips feel stronger, too. I plan to wear this first thing in the morning since that is when I feel like I need it most. So far, it's been very helpful. By noon, I have to take a break from it because it is snug. Also, it being summertime, it can get warm when you are outside working while wearing this. It's not a miracle product but a very good tool to help heal yourself naturally and give your body a chance to recover. I'm not big with pharmaceuticals with pain and ache management. So, finding this, I feel it is worth the investment.

This only support the middle of your back I feel like, you could still move to the lower part to some degree.. it's basically like having mobile lumber support chair but it's stuck on your back forcing you to sit correctly on any type of chair. Comes in a neat package. Not bad, I'll use it for a while and see the effects.

Missing the original packaging. Is not of the same build as shown in the pictures. Material is also flimsy. Disappointed.

1. If it were written that to return this product it would be required to go to DHL office, I would never proceed with the order. DHL office is far away from me and I have to spend the whole day to return the product. 2. The product quality - the same quality as cheap products for 30+ dollars. Synthetic material not pleasant to touch, loose shoulders’ parts, weak clasps, difficult to fix around the waist and in the end no real support for the back because upper part design that way that it doesn’t go close to the shoulder. Useless, overpriced product which is complicated to return.

Compre este producto y la calidad es excelente, sin embargo para una persona de talla delgada como yo, definitivamente no es funcional. Queda muy amplia y no hay ajuste apropiado. Soy talla 28 de Pantalón 34 en prendas superiores.
