Is the women's blend better for an 18 year old girl?

Laura,        Technically speaking anyone over the age of 12 years is considered an adult when it comes to supplements so while companies are making "teen" formulas an 18 year old can take this or another vitamin that would be taken by an "adult"...As men and women get older their needs change and most times a "teen" formula may not be enough...Protein, Calcium and B-Vitamin needs all change and should be addressed accordingly...Speaking from  Nutritional point of view she should take 3 tablets and explore getting a product more for a woman and not a teen...Hope this helps and feel free to contact me anytime... How long do these take to work (Clear skin) ?

About a week to start working and it clears gradually. Take 3 per day at first. Works great, my son's acne was all over especially on his back. It's almost gone now.

is this vitamin chewable or do you swallow it whole?

Swallow it whole. It's med-large size, but hard so maybe you could cut it into 2 pieces? My 14 & 16 yr olds take 1ea   2x a day-no problems.

Has anyone tried cutting them in half?  I take the Menopause One and love it. but my daughter won't be able to swallow this size

I just want to note that your daughter is capable of swallowing large pills. The issue is the brain does not register it as food and the gag reflex kicks in.  I have a 7 yr old boy who can swallow 8 pills at a time of all sizes. one being a omega 3 pill and they are HUGE!!! The key is to showing them that they already swallow something much larger when they eat. Have her chew a bite of bread and spit in into her hand right before she swallows. Then put the pill next to it. Her brain will see it and she should not have an issue after the first two tries. Does not work for everyone but it is worth a shot.
