make your own healthy pesto
Holy basil is reported to be good for inflammation. I use it for general good health. The seeds also sprout. You can grow your own Holy Basil. I have some growing in my kitchen. It's even hard to find in my major city. It has a peppery taste in cooking.

Taste like dirt
Dont buy these. I regret my purchase. Other venders have seeds that taste like nothing. These taste like there is a lot of dirt residue. Other brands don't have this problem. ///Edit: You have to soak them in a lot of water and drain them at least two times and it will remove the grit flavor. I'll add a few more stars. If you don't want to be bothered try a different brand which probably costs more.

Best price around and ive never found a spec of anything but the seeds in the pack. I do like the container over the bag for the 2.27kg the largest one. They are sometimes unavailible. Great seeds, great taste. I will continue to by them. Better than chia seeds and way better for you gut!
