Why does this multivitamin need 5 capsules instead of just 1 or 2?

The higher count comes from actives like NAC (600mg) and Acetyl L-Carnitine (500mg), dosed at clinical amounts rather than the token doses in a typical one-a-day. It's a tradeoff between capsule count and doses that do something.

Can I take this alongside other Revive MD supplements, like Magnesium or Fish Oil?
