Beautiful soft leather shoe. Comfortable but must run big. I am a true 8.5 and I read a lot of people saying they ran big so took a chance and I ordered an 8 instead of my normal 8.5 and they fit perfectly!

I ordered these specifically for a sorority event and was pleasantly surprised. I have a very narrow heel and usually struggle with heels slipping off, but these fit perfectly and stayed secure. I was able to walk comfortably in them for a few hours before they started to hurt slightly, which is expected. The heel height is just right — not too short not too high. I’d definitely purchase them again in other colors.

Very comfortable. I thought I was going to have a problem with the skinny heel but the shoes are comfortable. They do not bunch up around the wide part of your feet. Good quality of material

Great and a steal on sale for $33! I grab a standard pair of blk pumps every few years because I love a fresh pair. These do the trick for work. Im usually a 7.5 but got an 8 because I hate a crunched toe or rubbing heel and it fit perfect. The 7.5 which is my actual size would have been too tight. Leather is softer than I was expecting which is perfect. It foes not cut the top of my foot. I only wear from car to elevator to restroom to elevator and to car so Im not pounding pavement in these. Height is between 3.3 and 3.5.Nine West is a brand I have trusted forever.

The heels were cute and comfortable (just from trying them on - I didn’t keep them) But it’s apparent there’s no quality check before sending out orders. The first pair I received had scuffed leather. I gave them a second chance, sent the first pair back and they sent me a replacement pair) The replacement pair was clearly used, the bottom of both heels were dirty and one of the heel cover cushions or whatever they’re called was missing. What a shame, I would’ve loved to keep them if they were in “new condition” like they’re advertised.

I normally wear a true 11.5, so I ordered these heels in a 12. They were comfortable but too long—even with heel inserts, toe cushions, and add-on straps, they still flip-flopped. I exchanged them for an 11, and they fit perfectly. I have slim, narrow feet, so I wouldn’t say the shoes run big, but I was able to size down a half size with no issues. If your feet are fuller, the 12s might work better—just my guess. Now that I have the right size, the shoes are great: good material, nice cushioning under the ball of the foot, and a sturdy heel. Comfortable enough for all-day office wear. No complaints.

This is a solid black heel that is very comfortable for the height. They have the perfect design and look that make them an extremely versatile pump. They also look more sophisticated than the stock photos reflect. The highlights: -4 inch heel -Soft matte leather -Moderate cushioning for the sole I wore these heels for 7 hours straight and did a lot of standing/walking. They started out very comfortable and reasonable, but started to get uncomfortable around the 3-4 hour mark. The cushioning in the footbed is really helpful -- I wish it was even thicker. It has the feeling of almost being a pillow cushion, but not quite. If it were thicker these shoes would be unstoppable. The bottoms don't have any grip, so I'd recommend getting non-slip sole protection added. Overall, for the price point and if you're looking for a pump that can be worn for a range of occasions, these are a great choice.
