Delish! Lots of fruit, less sugar, so the fruit flavor shines! Good texture, too.

I couldn’t think of a better word to describe this extraordinary product. I literally finished my current jar with a spoon last night. Although this is a pricey item it is worth every penny. It is as delicious as the homemade strawberry rhubarb jam and pie filling my Aunt Elsie used to make when I was a kid six decades ago. The combination of the sweet strawberries and the tart rhubarb is absolutely perfect. Of course it tastes best at room temperature. I would suggest ordering two of these because the jars are small and once you taste as you wish you had a second one. My only criticism is that it’s not an organic product. But it’s worth cheating with.

Full disclosure: I could have eaten it all, with a spoon right out of the jar! I didn’t however eat the entire jar, but after one taste I swear it kept calling to me. I absolutely love strawberry/rhubarb and remember when my very Irish Grandmother would make pies and jams, good memories. Unfortunately I’ve found few strawberry/rhubarb products throughout my adult lifetime and when I have they’ve typically left me underwhelmed, but not this time. This little jar and I do mean little at only 9.5 oz. has a much bigger taste packed full of bursting fresh flavor. The mix of sweet strawberry with tart rhubarb starts out as a balanced melody and then bursts in to a crescendo of fabulous flavor. I put a few tablespoons atop my Greek yogurt, on my crumpets, etc. I can imagine it would be fabulous on ice cream too. It’s a natural fruit spread so light in consistency with very small pieces of fruit. The only downside is the price because the jar is small and I use two servings(2 Tablespoons) however that won’t stop me from continuing to buy it because it tastes amazing.

I love rhubarb. A most overlooked fruit. Ran across rhubarb jelly on Amazon. If you're a rhubarb fancier, try this out. Great on toast. Or, goes good with peanut butter sandwich. It's not sour, altho personally I would have preferred a bit of sourness.

MR VITTLES CANNOT BELIEVE HOW GOOD THIS IS. All the years of Smuckers and other brands... softly, I feel as if those years were a waste. This is significantly -- several times -- better than any other jam I've had. It tastes like it was made yesterday. It's good on PBJs, on yogurt, out the jar, anything. Give some to your enemies, and you will be forever safe.

Not much flavor
