The only omega-D3 that doesn’t have a bad after taste or smell! The pill size are a little bigger, but not an issue. They do not clump and have made a difference since using them! I feel like I don’t forget things as often!

Why I bought: I needed to increase omega 3 and vitamin d consumption in my daily life and this was an easy way to do it. Nordic Naturals seemed like a reliable option Highlights: * no fishy aftertaste or weird burps * marketed as “no gluten, milk, derivatives or synthetic dyes” (stated on the back) * “certified sustainable” * use wild-caught fish (also stated on back) Room for improvement: “3rd party tested” is so vague. I would want to know “by whom?” Their other product is NSF certified which is great for athletes who need it. Bottom line: Excellent option for getting in your daily omega 3 and vitamin d3 at one time. Needs clarity on 3rd party testing.

It may just be hearsay but I had seen it discussed on several YouTube videos by optometrists that fish oil might be helpful for dry eye and this particular brand had been recommended. I also bought a Bruder moist heat eye compress and began using that. These days my eyes are feeling more comfortable and less irritated, and I attribute it to the combination of using both this and the Bruder products. Even if I didn't have dry eyes I would continue using these because I like the idea of vitamin D3 being in an oil form because I know Vitamin D needs oil or fat for absorption. I should add that I'm also taking Nutricost Vitamin K2 MK-7 100 mcg plus other Vitamin D. Lastly, you should really consult with your physician about how much vitamin D to take because taking too much can be hazardous to your health.
