Worst dog food product
I’m extremely disappointed with this product. I ordered these chicken chew sticks in bulk because my dog absolutely loves this exact same type that I usually buy from a local pet shop. Unfortunately, what I received here is nothing like that. The chews are super dry, brittle, and break apart like tissue paper. They don’t have the usual texture or freshness and honestly seem spoilt or very old. I would not feel safe giving these to my dog. Compared to the chews from the pet shop, the quality difference is huge. I regret ordering this in bulk, assuming the quality would be the same. This is the worst version of this product I’ve come across, and I would strongly advise other pet parents to be cautious. I hope the seller checks the quality and freshness of their stock, as this is not suitable to feed dogs.

Fungus formed on chew sticks
After just two days of delivery, I found fungus growing on the chew sticks when I was about to give them to my dog. This is completely unacceptable and dangerous. How can you sell spoiled, fungus-infected products meant for pets? This shows serious negligence, poor storage, and zero quality control. Such items can cause severe health issues and even be life-threatening for animals. This is not just a complaint — it is a serious safety concern. I demand an immediate explanation and a full refund or replacement. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter to higher authorities and warn other customers.
