I already had multiple tweezers that I used for my scale model building, but I realized I often needed "an extra hand" to hold small pieces I was working on. These tweezers are the solution to that problem. The are "opposite" tweezers. They hold the part with tension by themselves and then release the part when you squeeze them, the opposite of what other tweezers would do. It's truly like having an extra set of hands squeezing the part in the tweezers while your other hands do the work on it. Great invention. AAA+++

Tweezers hold well. They consistently held my model parts while I was working on them.

The cross lock fine tipped tweezers are amazing for working on miniatures (D&D / Warhammer). Being able to relax your fingers while you're positioning glued items into place is amazing. I had to sand the wood handles down just a little bit as they were just a touch too sharp. But that's a minor gripe for the cost of these tweezers.

I was concerned that the tweezers wouldn't have a strong enough grip, but decided to give them a shot. I was very wrong. These things are very strong. Really almost too strong to be honest. They take quite a bit of force to open and clamp down extremely tightly. Only real down side is the little wooden handles. They are poorly finished and have sharp angles on them that are uncomfortable on the hands during use.. And now one is starting to loosen up a bit. A little file work or some sandpaper would fix problem easy enough. For the price I really can't complain too much.

This is the set of all sets for anyone who has hobbies and is into model building, 3D printing and many other various applications as I can imagine. If you get a splinter and want a mini bar of selection to get rid of it, this is for you. If you build models and have to handle tricky parts, small parts, this is for you! 12/10 love it!!

I’m a bench jeweler and I use these at work, so when my husband was having trouble with the tiny pieces of the models he was building, I ordered these for him. They work perfectly and no more superglued fingers! Highly recommended.

These are strong and don't warp easily under squeezing hard. It's difficult to find a good set of tweezers.
