I don't believe that is the purpose of the product. However, it is a primer for make-up and is not thick and/or pasty but light.

How is this for mature skin?

I am 54 years old--so definitely in the 'mature' category. I find this primer does a good job of filling the lines/wrinkles, preventing the foundation I use from settling into the creases as much. It remains light on the skin, however. It never feels sticky or greasy.
