You ever wake up with a charley horse. I know I do Take two of these you will not have that problem again The taste is not bad it works immediately. Sometimes one pill works, sometimes I need more than one, just depends on how sound of asleep I al when a spasm hits. If they are very bad, I still have to use other options (like heat or rubbing) but most of the time, the pill does the trick. I keep a bottle in reserve as well.

These leg cramp tablets are amazing. My husband and I each keep a bottle on our side of the bed as both suffer from night time leg cramps that are extremely painful and come on quickly.
