Organic Cut Green Beans, No Salt Added, 14.5 Ounce

These green beans are what I'll be buying from here on forward. They say green beans have the most pesticides on them so these being organic is a big step up from other canned green beans. And the flavor is amazing too. I heat a can of these in a bowl in the microwave and add butter and a sprinkling of crushed Fleur de Sel which is an expensive salt that makes everything taste gourmet! I feel this is a good value for the cost, each can serves two people and you simply need a can opener and a microwave to experience the quality vegetables with a great texture. I got the organic frozen bag of green beans: I microwave them for a couple of minutes and put them into various salads: they are good, healthy and will buy again. The texture is surprisingly tender, maybe it's just the season they were picked. Recommended.

These organic green beans are nice, appreciate no salt is added, and I prefer just cut green beans like these, rather than the popular(?) julienned/sliced versions that make food look sloppy and somewhat unrecognizable to me. The shape of cut veggies is usually not an issue with me, but to me, these look more appetizing, and remain intact, especially when added to a multi bean salad, casseroles, mac & cheese or other pasta dishes I like to add more veggies to.

Good price for organic

These beans have the texture of having been frozen & thawed. Recognize from when my refrigerator froze vegetables on the top shelf, then thawed . Edible but better use in soup or casserole where texture is flexible. Maybe this occurred in warehouses located in recent ice storm.
