Does this have a sheet the employee can keep track of

No it is not a 2-part form. However, the NC9507 (B003FM990M) is a 2-part carbonless weekly time sheet. Thanks

Is it thick like credit card or flimsy like actual paper?

It’s not flimsy, but is like regular copy paper. Works good for my purposes
