Ignore the “strange” reviews and make up your own mind
I struggled to find anything wrong with this kitchen knife. At a very modest price it is a useful addition to the range of my kitchen equipment. Don’t take my word for it. If it does not meet with “approval”, it can always be returned.

So sharp
I’ve tried out my new knife cutting most things and it’s really sharp!

Doesn't cut straight!
Not sure why but ones I had made by Sheffield from about 40 years ago are amazing. The handle came off one so replaced it with this one but it does not cut straight oddly!

Dreadful
One of the worst utility knives I have encountered. It is impossible to slice anything finely or elegantly due to the thick, inflexible blade and it shreds rather than slices. You'd do better to use a hacksaw from the shed.
