There when I need it
I try not to take meds often but day 2 is my hardest day with headaches and back pain and general crankiness. This helps tremendously. I keep a pack with every stash of supplies I have.

My sister has been taking the midol and it has been stopping her cramps. Initially I needed midol but after having IV meds in my body, I think my sister should have the midol.

Helps with Perimenopausal Symptoms
I have suffered from PMS for years, and now my daughter suffers. The problem is that I'm in perimenopause and my cycles are coming every 3 weeks, so it's a constant flux of hormones. I didn't want to go on HRT, so I thought I'd start with these for symptom relief. I will say that the bloating has gone down and my sleep has improved. I think that whatever active ingredient they have in this for menstrual relief impacts overall mood and stress. They are worth a try!
