This is it, Was looking for a product for lumber support and ended up buying "Orthowala". Trust me this product is really nice. The first day it was bit uncomfortable. Specially ordered this for car. My lumber pain has just gone, it has a high back support thus you sit straight. I recommend this product to everyone especially to the ones who has bucket seats in the car. Regular office (WFH) people can also use who have to sit for hours on chair. Very useful product. Go for it, Go for Orthowala. I got this product for ₹759. Product deliver was fast and hassle-free. And on the top of it, it has 60days warranty from the seller.

The product is good, shaped in curved structure to support back. The outer cover of the pillow is made of soft velvet like texture so its not poky or uncomfortable at any time. And the bucket is very useful to lock it to a chair in position for regular use. I bought it for my mother who has back pain. She says it is quite good till date. Reduces her back pain.

As a lumber support it is not effective. I used it in my car . I drove 700 km nonstop but no sign of comfort . But when I used it as a seat pan(I sat on it) in my car rest of 2400km journey went quite comfortable on my south India tour. Due to slight increase of seating position car's original seat gave more comfort without using any other back support. Again I am using it as a seat since 6+ months and no detrimental effect has appeared on it. It is still in the shape as I have received on delivery. It is good as a seat but least good as a lumber support. For build quality and durability I recommend 5 stars.

I've had this for a couple of days, and it's been an incredible product. It's surprisingly lightweight yet provides incredible support. The adjustable strap makes it versatile for any chair. Unlike memory foam, this firm cushion really helps with back pain. The only downside is it might not fit curved-back chairs, but it's been a fantastic purchase.

The product is very good. The foam used is hard and provides good support. Specially if you use it while driving a car(i have i 20) its super relaxing and provides excellent support to ur back for long drive. The only concern i feel is it should be more thick for office chair as now a days all chairs are big and sitting straight leaves a gap even after keeping this product behind you.

I have been using this for 2 months now & I am completely satisfied with the comfort and support it is providing - full value for money. I am surprised that it is so light and strong at the same time. It's size is just perfect and it has an adjustable strap at thr back to fit on to any size chair. I have tried memory foam too, but feel this stiff one gives better support and pain relief. I have even bought an office chair for WFH, but still it isn't as comfortable for supporting the back, as this cushion. I even use it when I am sitting on the sofa or armchair, to support my back. Only possible drawback is that since it is stiff, may not work with a chair that has a rounded/ curved backrest. It may be strong enough to support - I don't know because I would not like to try it incase it gets damaged. Extremely happy with my purchase and find the price very reasonable too, for the quality and support it offers. Go for it... *Update* I have been using it for over 2 years now & it hasn't lost its shape & gives my back the same level of support. Only the elastic band has worn off, otherwise it is still in great condition.
