Had a toilet that wouldn’t stop running water, needed a new diaphragm, ordered, arrived next day, fitted, no more running toilet, came with two in the pack so have a spare for next time it wears out . Good price too

Fix the bog solved a problem we have had for several weeks, even local plumbers couldn’t provide the product we needed, the product we purchased was a pack of univalve diaphragms for an ideal standard inlet valve, this product replaced the original which had become faulty causing water to continually run into the toilet bowl, we contacted the company who were so helpful and confirmed that this product would correct the fault and it has. So thank you for your excellent advice. One word of warning there is another company selling these cheaper in a pack of 5 we ordered them for spares as we have 3 toilets don’t bother they were all faulty so have returned them and ordered two more from Fix the Bog a very reliable product and company

Working well
After attempting to clean two failing valves didn’t work, these two valves seem to be working. Bit tighter than the old ones, which were probably worn after two years of use.
